Comprising 274 glossy pages, complete with enticing photographs, the book brings together traditional and more contemporary African-inspired recipes from their lodges in Tanzania, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Woven throughout are stories about the people behind the recipes; the chefs and suppliers who bring the wilderness to life on each plate.

Donate on behalf of someone special this Christmas. For Wildlife ACT, international volunteers and conservation expeditions have been the cornerstone of their funding stream. They depend on this support to conduct vitally important endangered and priority wildlife species conservation work, including their anti-poaching initiatives.

Duncan Butchart has been kicking around the safari industry for decades. The talented creative launched a collection of vintage-style prints that celebrate Africa’s most iconic destinations in the style of Herge’s ‘Adventures of Tintin’. The range of destination designs include most bucket-list safari and travel destinations in Africa and some lesser frequented parks such as Virunga and Gonarezhou. New prints get added frequently. (I want a wall of these filled with every park my kids have been to in East and Southern Africa!)
